What are the advantages of renting direct from the owner? You will receive a personal service, our villa can be cheaper than a hotel, and almost always cheaper than booking through a travel agent. Unlike a hotel, you will have your own swimming pool, kitchen, lounge plus many extra comforts free of charge.

What if I need help or assistance whilst staying in the villa? We have an excellent management company on call 24hrs a day in case of emergencies. The team will be on hand to help and advise you in all aspects of your stay.

What do we need to bring? Just yourselves, your clothes (not too many as there are washer/dryer facilities - and the clothes are cheaper than in the UK!) and your personal items. If you plan to travel light, all toiletries can be bought cheaply at the local supermarket. However, if you are planning to use the Crib / Cot, please bring your own linen for this.

What is not included in the price? If you require pool & spa heating, there will an extra charge.The only other extras are your flights, car hire, travel insurance, theme park tickets and groceries.

Do we need a car?

Although not essential, it is advisable to hire a car, as the villa is situated 6 miles from Disney. However, for non-drivers taxis are readily available.

Do I need to book whole weeks or can I book part weeks? You are welcome to book any duration over 4 nights, the cost will be calculated on a daily rate.

Can we have maid service? The villa will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you depart, but a maid service or interim clean can be arranged on request for an additional charge, payable locally.

What is the maximum number of guests?

The villa is recommended for and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

What about pets and smoking? For the comfort of all guests, pets and smoking are not permitted in the villa.

How do we find the villa on arrival?

You will be sent driving directions to our villa when you have paid the balance. You will be given a code to open the door which is a keyless code-based system. 

How do I pay? You can pay by cheque/check or postal order, internet banking, bank transfer or we also accept payments by credit or debit card through PayPal.

What if I require additional accommodation? Should you require additional accommodation, please Contact Us and we will be happy to direct you to another villa owner who has accommodation available on the same resort.

Can I bring my own DVD's, Playstation or Wii games?

All entertainment equipment in the villa is US format and you can easily hire a large selection of DVD's, Playstation & Wii games at the Resort Clubhouse free of charge.

Are all phone calls free?

Yes, all local and international calls are completely free of charge to up to 150 countries worldwide, and all US mobiles / cell phones. However, this does not include overseas mobiles / cell phones. 

Can I take electrical items from the UK?

Yes - but you will need an adapter as the sockets are 2 pinned as opposed to the 3 pinned sockets in the UK. Adapters are readily available to buy in the UK or in the US when you arrive.

Can I still have a welcome pack if my stay is less than 14 nights? For all stays of 14 nights or more a complimentary welcome pack of groceries is provided. However, if you are staying for less than 14 nights this can be provided for an additonal charge of $55 / £30 if required. 

Is there a safe? Yes - there is a digital safe provided for your complimentary use, which is activated by a credit card swipe or entering a 4-digit code of your choice. The safe is big enough to take most laptops.

Is there a computer and Wifi?

Yes - there is a desktop PC, connected to high-speed broadband Internet access. The PC also has a media card reader to offload your photos from your digital camera to a CD if required. There is also free WiFi access.

Is there any picnicware?

Yes - there is a selection of picnicware and ice packs provided for your complimentary use during your stay.

Do I need to bring towels or bedlinen? No - all towels, tea-towels and bedlinen is provided. There are also 8 large beach / pool towels for your complimentary use during your stay - save on packing!
