Private Pool & Spa The villa has a large south-facing private swimming pool with spa/jacuzzi. There is a child safety fence provided free of charge for your peace of mind if required. Pool & Spa heating is available on request, (advisable from September through to May) and charged at £100 / $175 per week.The spa has an adjustable fountain, and can be heated to a higher temperature than the pool if required.There is an electric BBQ grill, 2 sun loungers, a table 4 comfortable chairs, and an additional 2 foldaway chairs for dining 'Al Fresco' on the warm Floridian evenings.There is also an additional Half-Bathroom just off the Pool area, with wc, and washbasin.

Games Room The garage area has been converted to a Games Room, which houses a Pool Table, Football Table, Electronic Dartboard, CD player and seating area. Ideal to keep the kids entertained while the parents relax in the Family Room, or with a glass of wine by the pool.

Family Room The large open-plan family room has ceiling fans & large patio doors opening onto the Pool area. The main focus of the room is a 36" TV with DVD and VCR. There is also a desktop PC with high speed Internet access and media card reader, Playstation 2, and a selection of board games / lego /card games for your enjoyment. All televisions in the villa are connected to Cable TV, offering a choice of over 80 channels.

Master Suite 1 The villa boasts 2 sumptious master bedrooms, both with king-size beds, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans and a 20" TV/DVD combo. Bedroom 1 has direct access to the Pool area through a patio door. Both master suites also have ceiling fans & large walk-in wardrobes with ample storage space. For your convenience, a telephone, a hairdryer and a clock radio alarm are provided in each room.

Master Bathroom 1 Both master bathrooms are very spacious with bath tub, twin washbasins and separate large walk-in shower cubicles.

Master Suite 2 As with Master Suite 1, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 20" TV/DVD combo. Bedroom 2 has large oval-shaped window overlooking front lawn area, and also has large walk-in wardrobes with ample storage space. For your convenience, a telephone, a hairdryer and a clock radio alarm are provided the room.

Master Bathroom 2 As Master Bathroom 1, very spacious with bath tub, twin washbasins and separate large walk-in shower cubicles. A feature of Bathroom 2 is the luxurious corner bath and totally separate wc.

2 Twin Bedrooms Both twin rooms in the villa have ceiling fans & built-in wardrobes with ample storage space. Each twin room has a 14" TV, one with VCR and one with DVD. There is a third shared Bathroom close to the 2 Twin Bedrooms with wc, washbasin and large corner shower cubicle.

Dining Area The dining area has a large dining table seating 6 guests. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. There is a high chair & booster seat, and a selection of plastic utensils and dinnerware for children & babies.

Kitchen and Utilities The kitchen is, just as you would expect from a villa of this standard, fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffe-maker and a full range of appliances. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The double garage is integral and accessible from the main entrance hall, and has been converted to a Games Area.
